Sign PDF
Place a signature image on any page.
Place a signature image onto any page of a PDF and download the signed file — for contracts, offer letters, forms and consent documents you'd otherwise have to print, sign and rescan.
The defaults place the signature near the bottom-right. This stamps an image onto the page — it is not a legally certified digital signature.
Files are processed on your device — never uploaded.
Supported formats
Accepts a PDF plus a signature image (PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest result; JPG works but carries its background). Output is a standard PDF.
Things to know
This places a visual signature — it is not a cryptographic digital signature and doesn't carry a certificate-based identity guarantee. For documents that legally require a certified digital signature (many government and banking filings), use an accredited DSC provider instead. A visual signature is what most everyday business documents actually ask for.
How your data is handled
The PDF and your signature image are combined entirely in your browser — neither is uploaded anywhere.
